SOMERVILLE (April 8, 2015) – Percipient announced today that it has appointed Karen O’Neal as Vice President. Karen will play a leadership role and enhance our recognized excellence in Market Access strategy for biopharmaceutical and other life science companies. Percipient is playing an increasing role in value-based positioning of new therapies. In this context, Karen’s rich experience in contracting strategy and risk-sharing programs will enable us to deliver a higher level of strategic support in institutional and payer markets.

Karen has 30 years of experience providing pharmaceutical marketing and sales executives with commercialization strategy and resources to support product life cycle management. Prior to joining Percipient Karen worked with leadership teams to optimize direct and non-personal promotional resources in support of product and portfolio success and worked extensively on managed markets consulting engagements including landscape assessments, value messaging and launch planning. Most recently, she worked to develop pricing and contracting strategies for physician administered biologics. Her therapeutic category knowledge includes cardiovascular, oncology, neurology, respiratory and other therapies. Karen held line and management positions with inVentiv Health, Strategyx and IMS Health. Karen holds an MBA from New York University and a BA from Harvard University.
